Meet the Founder · Melanie Kettner
At NL MINDFUL, participants work directly Founder of the Program Melanie Kettner- Publisher of the international NL MAGAZINE (London UK).
She holds University degrees in German Studies (Psycholinguistics) and History of Mentalities and is a licensed Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie (Hamburg Health Authority).
Her experience includes Client-Centered Counseling (Carl Rogers, GwG) and many years of work with clients facing stress-related disorders. She has maintained a daily meditation routine for over 20 years.
