NL MINDFUL is our 8 weeks DIGITAL MINDFULNESS CLASS for a better stress regulation, based on the Mindfulness studies at Oxford University and The Mindfulness Research Center of the University of Los Angeles. Mindfulness anytime and from anywhere: Digital and Flexible.

ABOUT NL MINDFUL DIRECTOR:
At NL MINDFUL you have direct contact to Director of NL MINDFUL Melanie Kettner.

She studied Psycholinguistics and History of Mentality at the University of Hamburg with the title Magister Artium. She is Publisher of the International Print Magazine NL MAGAZINE www.northletters.com. that has a focus on Mindfulness and is distributed in London worldwide. She is accredited as Naturopath of Psychotherapy by the Health Authority in Hamburg. She studied at the Academy for Alternative Practitioners with Dr. med. Oliver Urban: www.praxis-urban.de. and studied Client focused Counseling with the method of C.G. Rogers at GwG.

She has attended several Meditation classes and events at the Mindfulness Awareness Research Center of the Institute of Neuroscience and Human Behavior at the University of Los Angeles with Director Diana Winston.

More Mindfulness classes she attended: Be Mindful, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), developed with Prof. Mark Williams and Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, Jon Kabat Zinn at Masterclass and the Retreat with Sam Harris in 2022, Stanford University & University of California. Your teacher is practicing Mindfulness Meditation daily for more than 20 years. She worked with clients with anxiety and stress disorder and worked as a Coach for young adults and women for many years.
